PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency transmission line in which a change in characteristic impedance is reduced and transmission characteristics are improved in a transmission line for transmitting high speed signals. SOLUTION: The characteristics impedance is kept substantially constant by changing the width of a signal conductor close to a through hole or width of a ground conductor.
