PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens supporting device having a configuration with which an objective lens can be inclined in accordance with the inclination of an optical disk. SOLUTION: The objective lens supporting device 1 for an optical pickup is provided with a lens frame 2 to which an objective lens 21 is attached and which is provided with means C1 and C2 for receiving driving force for displacing the objective lens 21 in the direction of an optical axis and a direction perpendicular to the optical axis, a supporting base body 3 provided with means 3, 31 and 35 for generating driving force to a means provided on the lens frame 2 and for receiving the driving force. An elastic member W which extends from the support main body 3 is fixed to the lens frame 2 and supports the lens frame 2 in a rockable way in cantilever and an inclining member for inclining the optical axis of the objective lens 21 with respect to the support base body 3 by inclining the lens frame 2.
