PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide proper contents in response to a person who performs access by giving a dynamic attribute to an information piece constituting the contents to be provided. SOLUTION: The contents to be provided include a top page comprising a plurality of replacable thumbnail pictures and a low-order page comprising an animation corresponding to each thumbnail picture. When a user indicates the thumbnail picture comprised in the top page which is displayed on a terminal and requests the transmission of a magnified picture, the request of the picture is registered in a reference history database (S212). The attribute and its strength are given to each picture based on the history registered in the reference history database. When the user requests the transmission of the top page, the pictures with a high coincidence degree in attribute with the attribute of the user are extracted in order and the thumbnail pictures corresponding to the extracted pictures are placed on the format of the top page (S208) and returned to the user terminal (S209).
