PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hole inner surface heating inductor capable of uniformly and quickly heating the inner surface of a pipe in the radial direction, and having no danger of short-circuiting a solenoid coil and a converting conductor passing through the inside. SOLUTION: A cylindrical magnetic core 12 is arranged inside the solenoid coil 11a for constituting an inductor 10, and the connecting conductor 11c extending to a power supply terminal by passing through into the solenoid coil from one end of the solenoid coil 1a is constituted so as to be inserted and arranged in a hollow part of the magnetic core 12 so that the magnetic core 12 having the large cross-sectional area can be concentrically arranged in the solenoid coil 11a, uniform rapid heating can be performed in the radial direction, and risk of short-circuiting can be avoided by using the magnetic core 12 as an insulating material.
