MOVING OBJECT INFORMATION RECOGNITION SYSTEM AND METHOD

A system and method in which clients each having a portable information recognition device for recognizing identification information on a moving object collected by imaging the moving object and searching for the moving object are connected to a server through a real-time network. The server updates registration identification information on the clients and the clients perform moving object information recognition and/or the clients update registration identification information on the server and the server perform moving object information recognition. The identification information includes character information, color information, shape information, and/or number-of-people information.
