The invention concerns a device for digging roadways, tunnels or like passageways using a working head (100) capable of being driven forward in rotation. Said working head is provided with cutting rollers (1) distributed on its side facing the digging face (O), inside its outer periphery. Said device further comprises fixing elements (9) designed for said cutting rollers (1) and capable of being fixed on the working head (100). In order to adapt the device to the different characteristics of a rock, at least part of the cutting rollers (1) are arranged radially mobile so that the distance of the cutting path can be modified. |
