The device according to claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the control cam (2), the counter cam (3) and the spring element cam (4) are formed so that in a fully lowered position of the cross transfer tongs the spring element roller (62) adjoins the spring element cam (4) and the spring element (61) creates on the double lever the torque pressing on the cross transfer tongs downwards, wherein the control roller (54) is raised from the control cam (2), and the counter roller (55) is raised from the counter cam (3). 6. The device according to claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the control cam (2), the counter cam (3) and the spring element cam (4) are formed so that they are adapted to lift the cross transfer tongs by the control cam (2) under the action of the torque created by the spring element (61) on the double lever (5) in a lower position of raise, wherein the counter roller (55) is raised from the counter cam (3). 7. The device according to claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the control cam (2), the counter cam (3) and the spring element cam (4) are formed so that they are adapted to lift the cross transfer tongs by the control cam (2) from the fully lowered position under the action of the torque created by the spring element (61) on the double lever (5) at adjoining the counter lever (55) to the counter cam (3) to the high lifting position and repeated lowering to the fully lowered position supported at the expense of the torque created by the spring element (61) on the double lever (5), wherein the counter lever (55) is raised again from the counter cam (3). 10.
