Sealing the interface gap (10), evacuating the interface gap (10)to form an assembly and Hot Iso-statically Pressing the assembly to metallurgically bond the CRA cladding material billet (7)to the support billet (2)to form a composite billet (1). The composite billet (1) is extruded at high temperature to form the clad piping or tubing (32). The clad piping or tubing (32)formed is also disclosed. |
