<p>Molecules capable of mimicking multimeric proteins are described, and can be used to bind to and activate cell surface receptors by acting like cell surface ligands. The molecules have a non-protein polymer backbone (such as PEG) with at least three PEG side chains, each side chain bearing one protein (such as an Fab fragment) and can be used in therapy such as to treat cancer or to modulate an immune response.</p> |
