摘要 1. An electronic information inquiry method comprising the steps of: connecting an inquirer and a reference through a communications channel; the reference determining an argument, dividing a first electronic information which is stored by the reference into more than one information element based on a dividing algorithm applied with said argument, selecting information elements from said divided elements and generating a transmittal information block relocating said selected elements based on a selecting algorithm applied with said argument, and sending said transmittal information block and said argument to said inquirer; and the inquirer receiving said transmittal information block and said argument, dividing a second electronic information which is stored by the inquirer into more than one information element based on the same dividing algorithm as used by the reference applied with said argument, selecting a part of said divided elements based on the same selecting algorithm applied with said argument, replacing said selected elements with the information elements included in said transmittal information block to generate a third electronic information, and comparing said third electronic information and the second electronic information. 2. An electronic information inquiry method comprising the steps of: an inquirer dividing an original electronic information into more than one information element, selecting a part of the divided elements to form a transmittal information block, and sending the transmittal information block to a reference; the reference holding said transmittal information block, and returning said transmittal information block to the inquirer on request; and the inquirer generating another electronic information by putting back the elements included in the transmittal information block where it was in the electronic information which is held by the inquirer, and then examining if the held information is the same as the original information by comparing said another electronic information with the held information. 3. An electronic information inquiry method comprising the steps of: dividing an original electronic information into more than one information element on the base of an argument, separating said divided information elements into two parts which are to be combined into one body to retrieve the original information, each of an inquirer and a reference keeping each one of said two parts, the reference sending the inquirer the divided electronic information kept by the reference on request, and the inquirer retrieving the original electronic information by combining the electronic information sent from the reference and the electronic information kept by the inquirer. 4. An electronic information inquiry method comprising the steps of: dividing an original electronic information into more than one information element on the base of an argument, separating said divided information elements into two parts which are to be combined into one body to retrieve the original information, each of an inquirer and a reference keeping each one of said two parts, the inquirer sending the reference the divided electronic information kept by the inquirer, the reference retrieving the original electronic information by combining the electronic information sent from the inquirer and the electronic information kept by the reference, the reference examining if the retrieved information is the same as the original information, and the reference informing the examination result to the inquirer. 5. The electronic information inquiry method according to any one of claims 1 through 4, wherein said information element is formed by dividing physically the electronic information having a bit data format. 6. The electronic information inquiry method according to any one of claims 1 through 5, wherein said argument is formed based on a value relating to a time on request of inquiry.
