A binary to thermometer converter (200) outputs a thermometer code value in response to an input selection data. A multiplexer (300) selectively outputs clock input from a delay chain (100) corresponding to the code value. A pulse regenerator (400) outputs adjusted internal clock by restoring pulse of clock output of multiplexer into its original state and controlling the delay as desired. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) clock signals generation method; and (2) semiconductor clock signal circuit.
