<p>The conductive electrodes (5) are mounted at the chest and abdomen levels on the front of the outfit, and at the shoulder and waist levels at the back. The electrodes each feature a press button (2) in the middle for fastening a 60 cm long flexible adaptor lead. The suit is fastened with a slide fastener (3) at the front and is connected through the adaptor lead to a Physo m control unit and trains the muscles isometrically, isotonically and autoxonically.
