The bench (M) is assembled of a frame (R) made of two vertical positioned outer bars and a transversal support bar (Q), a swivel mounted seat part (S), a stationary back rest (L) and two swivel mounted leg units (V1, V2). The leg units (V1, V2) are L-shaped and provided with projections (N1, N2) at their upper ends, engaging with recesses (B1, B2) located at the inner surface of the seat part (S) when unfolded for use. For storage the leg units (V1, V2) are swiveled around vertical axles (G1, G2) towards the frame (R), and the seat part (S) around a horizontal axle (G1, G2) towards the back rest (L). The seat part (S) can be temporarily attached to the backrest (L) with a flap.
