A two component hydraulically set (sic) adhesive mortar obtained from a powder component A and a liquid component B, where the A component contains epoxide resin from bisphenol A or F, filler, cement containing binder, conventional additives, and component B, comprising amine curing agent, water, plasticizer, and an aqueous dispersion of vinyl or acrylate base. A two component hydraulically set (sic) adhesive mortar obtained from a powder component A and a liquid component B, where the A component contains (parts by wt.): epoxide resin from bisphenol A or F (0.5-10), filler (10-70), cement containing binder (5-20), conventional additives (0.1-5), and component B, comprising amine curing agent (0.5-0), water (2-0), plasticizer (0-5), and an aqueous dispersion of vinyl or acrylate base (10-50).
