An after fermentation unit, comprising an isothermic vessel with a cooling jacket, characterized in that it is designed adapted to operational docking, undocking and transporting with a produced beer at a dispensing point and/or sale or in a step of after fermentation at another point of after fermentation with further dispensing and/or sale. 4. The after fermentation unit according to claim 3, characterized in that the bottom (43) of the isothermic vessel comprises a settling bay (44). 5. The after fermentation unit according to claim 4, characterized in that the settling bay (44) is cone-shaped with an angle between generatrices in axial plane of its section <=90 degree . 6. The after fermentation unit according to claim 4, characterized in that the settling bay (44) is cylinder-shaped. 7. The after fermentation unit according to claim 4, characterized in that the volume of the settling bay (44) is 0.01-0.1 of the isothermic vessel volume. 8. The after fermentation unit according to claim 4, characterized in that the isothermic vessel (23) is mounted on a common base (22) on supports (24) in an insulating casing with a housing (26). 9. The after fermentation unit according to claim 7, characterized in that it is provided with a cabinet (30) for measuring instruments, functional valves, and cutoff points for operational docking and undocking communicated by a corresponding conduits to the inner cavity of the isothermal vessel and the cooling jacket (27) thereof.
