The invention relates to a diode arrangement (10) and a generator (20), using zener diodes (2-7). Said diode arrangement (10) comprises alternating voltage terminal connectors (U, V, W) and direct voltage terminal connectors (B+, B-). Said zener diodes (2-7) are used in the direction of transmission in order to rectify an alternating voltage applied to the alternating voltage terminals (U, V, W), a lower limit (8) being provided for the zener voltage of the zener diodes (2-7). Said lower limit (8) of the zener voltage is lower than a lower pre-defined direct voltage (11).
