摘要 1. A method for excitation of an electric arc in which prior to supplying an excitation pulse voltage to an arc interval an output of the electric arc power source is disconnected for the time of increasing of short-circuit current to the level of stable arc current, characterized in that after reaching the level of stable arc current by short-circuit current a forcing voltage is supplied with an amplification voltage having the same polarity and being of a greater amplitude after which a delayed excitation voltage pulse of an opposite polarity relative to the electric arc power source is transmitted in the arc interval, the rated value of said voltage exceeds the above-mentioned amplification voltage and has a shorter flank. 2. The method of claim 1, characterized in that the time delay of the excitation voltage pulse is ranged between 3 to 300 nsec. 3. The method of claim 1, characterized in that the ratio of the time delay of the excitation voltage pulse to the duration of its shorter flank is 1 -30. 4. The method of claim 1, characterized in that the forcing voltage is formed by transforming the power source energy from its circuit being short-circuited. 5. The method of claim 1, characterized in that the excitation voltage pulse is formed by transforming the power source energy from its circuit being short-circuited. 6. A device for excitation of an electric arc, comprising an excitation voltage pulse source, a first and a second arc interval clamps, an electric arc source, parallel to which a blocking condenser and a key with a threshold element are connected, characterized in that the device is provided with an internal amplification voltage source, a blocking inductance and a long "cable-type" element, said internal amplification voltage source is connected in accord to the electric arc power source, an excitation voltage pulse source is connected to the electric arc power source by its one clamp via a blocking inductance and by other clamp directly, and via a long "cable-type" element excitation voltage pulse source terminals are connected to the first and second arc interval clamps. 7. The device of claim 6, characterized in that the internal amplification voltage source is designed in the form of series-connected key element, resistance and inductance element sand a voltage capacitance source. 8. A key with a threshold element, comprising a capacitor, a saturating magnetic circuit with a working winding, one terminal of which is connected to a magnetic key input, the other terminal to an output via a capacitor, characterized in that a bias winding is provided for series connection with power transformer primary winding to the saturating magnetic circuit of the electric arc power source. 9. An excitation voltage pulse source, comprising a capacitor, a spark-gap, a transformer saturating magnetic circuit with working and high-voltage windings, a capacitor and a spark-gap are connected to said high-voltage winding, characterized in that a bias winding is provided for series connection with power transformer primary winding to the saturating magnetic circuit of the electric arc power source.
