An arm rest body (14) is carried by a turning part (13) pivoted about a holding axis (12), which holds a locking body (22) on a parallel pivot bearing axis (24). The turning part is a mainly flat plate, with two parallel surfaces (16) radial to the holding axis, and has an outer jacket surface (20) parallel to a locking surface (19). The free end (30) of the locking body projects over the locking body in direction locking surface, when engaged. The pivot bearing axis extends orthogonal to the plate surfaces.
