The invention concerns a pourer (10) for a hot beverage machine (9) comprising a heat-storage plate (6) arranged in a base plate (5), said pourer comprising a receptacle (11) with a base (12) designed to be arranged on the heat-storage plate (6). The invention is characterized in that the pourer (10) comprises a support (20) having a lower contact surface (14) arranged around and beneath the periphery of the base (12) of the receptacle (11), and a heat insulation between the receptacle (11) and the lower contact surface (14). The invention also concerns a hot beverage machine (9), in particular an electric coffee-maker, comprising a heat-storage plate (6) arranged in a base plate (5), and such a pourer (10).
