<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a flexible connection member from hindering the movement of a moving head even when an entire apparatus is miniaturized. SOLUTION: The through-hole forming area As of the double side flexible connection member 7 is fixed to the lower surface 5e of the moving head 5 by a U-shaped spring body 26 and the double side flexible connection member 7 is drawn to the side 5a of the head 5 and connected electrically to a control circuit. The length in the moving direction of the moving head 5 of the double side flexible connection member 7 can be decreased by the portion drawn to the lower surface 5e of the head 5 so that the entire apparatus can be miniaturized by the portion.</p> |
