PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reversible heat-sensitive recording medium coating layer from dropping and a scum from being adhered and stained in printing, cutting and other processing steps. SOLUTION: A filling layer is formed on the reversible heat-sensitive recording medium and a part in which the recording layer is not formed for flattening the surface.
