PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform connection on wiring and piping of a plurality of floor heating panels and floor heating remote controllers. SOLUTION: When a trial running switch in a heat source machine is pressed, a floor heating remote controller 16a opens one of a plurality of hot water valves, and detects a temperature rise of a floor heating panel 12a from an opening part 34a provided in a contact surface part with the floor surface within a fixed time. The floor heating remote controller 16a knows a system number of the now opened hot water valve from the heat source machine, stores the same in a storage part, and transmits an own inherent number to the heat source machine. The heat source machine stores the received inherent number in the storing part in the heat source. Thus, a construction mistake in wrong wiring and piping and a setting mistake is prevented.
