PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flywheel capable of eliminating resonance energy by twinning phenomenon of damping alloy, restricting unevenness in rotation balance after vibration is applied, and preventing damage or performance deterioration in a bearing. SOLUTION: This flywheel 30 is provided with a rotary mass 31, a bearing device 32, and a coupling member 33 coupling these to each other. The rotary mass comprises a rotary mass main body 31A and a rim wheel 31B. Between the rotary mass main body and the rim wheel, damping alloy material 37 is provided. In another example, the damping alloy material is provided at a coupling part between the bearing device and the coupling member, or the damping alloy material is used for a beam structure of the coupling member.
