DISCHARGED SOIL AND DUST COLLECTING DEVICE FOR EXCAVATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove the dust generated in drilling within a tunnel to improve the working environment and also efficiently remove the excavation soil generated according to the drilling. SOLUTION: This device comprises a discharged soil/dust collector and catcher having a drill insert part for inserting an excavation drill and a discharge part for capturing and discharging the excavation soil and dust generated by the drill; a compressed air injector having a connection part to the discharge part of the collector and catcher and an ejector part for injecting the compressed air supplied from the outside to the opposite direction of the discharge part to suck and remove the excavation earth and the like in the collector and catcher by the air flow blown out from the ejector part; a compressed air supplying device connected to the injector; a first hose member connected to the discharge part of the injector to carry the excavation soil and the like by the air flow by the injector; a cyclone separator connected to the first hose member to discharge the excavation soil; a second hose member connected to the cyclone separator to carry the dust; and a dust collector connected to the second hose member to collect the dust.
