PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively repair and reinforce a concrete structure and a member using a fiber strand. SOLUTION: The fiber strand 2 formed by bundling conductive fiber such as carbon fiber and previously impregnated with a thermosetting resin in the unhardened state, is wound around a concrete structure or a member such as a column 1, and a current is applied to the fiber strand through electrodes 10 fitted to the required points of the fiber strand. The fiber strand is thereby heated to harden the thermosetting resin, thus sticking the fiber strand to the column. A copper foil tape is used as the electrode and wound around the fiber strand, and a winding part of the copper foil tape is fixed in a pressed state to an object by a fixture. When winding the fiber strand around the object, the fiber strand is stuck to the surface of the object. The electrodes are left to enable a current flowing test for the fiber strand.
