PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a luggage floor trim to be mounted in a luggage room of a hatch-back type wagon, requiring a less number of accessories to be mounted and improving working efficiency in mounting. SOLUTION: A luggage floor trim front 20 to be mounted on a luggage floor panel 8 is constructed separately from a spacer board 40. After the luggage floor trim front 20 is mounted on the luggage floor panel 8, a clip seat 45 protruded on the reverse of a board body 41 of the spacer board 40 is fitted into an opening 26 of the luggage floor trim front 20 and a clip 46 mounted on the clip seat 45 is pressed into a clip hole 8a of the luggage floor panel 8. Thus, the front side of the luggage floor trim front 20 and the spacer board 40 are integrally fixed to the luggage floor panel 8, providing higher workability and smoothing the mounting of a rear seat 1.
