PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring seat rubber with a new structure capable of preventing an upward curl in an arm member due to oscillation and keeping a stable installation condition between a coil spring and the arm member in an oscillating type arm suspension mechanism having an input-separation type coil spring arrangement structure. SOLUTION: In this spring seat rubber, a regulating projection part 36, which is protruded to the outer circumference side of the coil spring 110 in the farthest position from an oscillation center axis 88 in the arm member 72 at least, is integrally formed toward the outer circumference part of an annular plate part 32 arranged between axial opposed faces of the arm member 72 in the suspension mechanism and the coil spring 110.
