PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset tool holder dividing-fixing device capable of dividing the offset direction of an offset tool holder mounted to the end face of a spindle of a machine tool, into a plurality of positions. SOLUTION: An offset tool holder mounting position dividing means and an offset tool holder relative rotation locking and releasing means connected to the spindle of the machine tool are installed side by side. As the preferable constitution, a dividing guide 20a is provided for guiding and positioning a positioning pin for the offset tool holder, and an offset tool holder fixing and releasing wedge 21 is provided to be longitudinally slidable along the dividing guide 20a from the rear side of the dividing guide 20a.
