PURPOSE: A jig for a bolster assembly of a vehicle is provided to minimize assembling errors, and to improve the yield rate by assembling parts of the vehicle accurately with fixing the bolster assembly. CONSTITUTION: A jig apparatus for a bolster assembly is composed of a lower support bar(3) mounting wheels by connecting four beam members(1a-1d); left and right fixing support bars(7,9) installed on both ends of the beam member; upper and lower horizontal bars(11,13) connecting left and right fixing support bars; left and right lower fixing templets(15,17) placed on two beam members to support lower ends of the bolster assembly; a bumper beam fixing templet(19) formed on left and right fixing support bars to regulate left and right sides of a front bumper rail; left and right upper fixing templets(23,25) supporting left and right parts of a radiator support upper center panel; a lower clamping unit on the lower horizontal bar regulating the front bumper rail; and an upper clamping unit(29) connected to left and right upper fixing templets through the templet fixing arm, and installed on the upper horizontal bar to operate the left and right upper fixing templates. The assembling process is minimized, and errors are reduced. |
