PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid fuel flow rate regulating valve which prevents errors in the flow rate of the liquid fuel, and correctly adjusts the flow rate of the liquid fuel when adjusting the flow rate of the liquid fuel with a very small adjustment. SOLUTION: A movable core 35 is moved by running the current in an electromagnetic coil, and a valve element 35 integrated with the movable core presses a liquid fuel adjusting body 36. A liquid fuel volume adjusting body insertion hole 32a with the liquid fuel volume adjusting body inserted therein, and a valve element insertion hole 32b with a part of the valve element inserted therein are formed in a cylinder 32. Several liquid fuel volume adjusting holes 322 communicated with an inlet side of a liquid fuel intake passage to a fuel pump 1 are formed at equal intervals in an inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole 32a. The liquid fuel volume adjusting body is reciprocally inserted in the insertion hole. A circumferential groove 363 is formed in the adjusting body 36, and several liquid communication holes 361 communicated with an outlet side of the liquid fuel suction passage to the fuel pump 1 are formed at equal intervals along the circumferential surface of a bottom part of the circumferential groove.
