PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety tire and a rim assembly body capable of stably running over the required distance even when an internal pressure of the tire is reduced after the tire is damaged without sacrificing rolling resistance and riding comfortableness in ordinary running before the tire is damaged. SOLUTION: The hollow doughnut-like tire is mounted on an application rim. Many particles composed of continuous phases by resin and independent air bubbles and having a substantially spherical shape are arranged together with a liquid in the inside of the tire divided by the tire and the application rim.
