PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to get on and off the operator's cab when the cab is raised of a working vehicle having an operator's cab elevating means, while also making it easy to lower the operator's cab stopped in a raised position due to trouble and get on and off the operator's cab when it is in a lowered position. SOLUTION: The operator's cab rise and fall means 10 for raising and lowering the operator's cab 8 has a scaffold 18 for getting on and off the operator's cab. A hydraulic fluid releasing means is provided for releasing the hydraulic fluid of a hydraulic cylinder of a drive means 16 for the rise and fall means 10. Further, the operator's cab is equipped with a passage 48 and a scaffold 52 therebelow.
