<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete house having an air-act structure in which indoor temperature difference in summer and in winter is not increased and power consumption for air-conditioning can be made largely lower than conventional devices. SOLUTION: External venting spaces 5 and internal venting spaces 6 mutually partitioned through heat-insulating panels are installed along the wall surface of a concrete wall constituting a house exterior wall on the main natural-lighting orientation side and the wall surface of the concrete wall configuring the house exterior wall on the reverse orientation side to a main natural-lighting orientation. Communication means mutually communicating with these spaces are mounted among these spaces, and an underfloor ventilation hole is formed to a ground beam 14 for a foundation section 13 in an openable and closeable manner. A blower 18 selectively introducing air introduced to an attic or the attic space of an uppermost floor through the external venting spaces and/or the internal venting spaces from the underfloor section of the first floor is secured to the attic or the attic space of the uppermost floor. Wall-rear venting spaces communicating with the attic space of the uppermost floor and the underfloor section of the first floor are formed into partition walls 19.</p> |
