PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for the measuring the number of in-liquid particles wherein the number of the particles stuck to the inner surface of a bag formed by using a single-layer or multilayer film can be measured precisely, and to provide an evaluation method for a measured numerical value. SOLUTION: In the measuring method, when the number of the particles stuck to the inner surface of the bag formed by using the single-layer or multilayer film is measured, a cleaning liquid 1 composed of ultrapure water is poured into the bag, and measurement by which the number of the particles in a measuring liquid 3 inside the bag is measured once or more is repeated inside the same bag in a plurality of numbers of times. In the evaluation method, the correlation and the similarity of a shape (a profile) in which obtained measured values are plotted are compared and evaluated. In the measuring apparatus 10, the number of the particles in the measuring liquid is measured.
