PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cold seal adhesive composition for subsequent pasting use giving a coating film having transparency, moderate releasing strength, smooth releasability without giving crisp feeling in releasing, antiblocking property, excellent adhesivity to a printed surface and printability which are required in a subsequent pasting method. SOLUTION: This cold seal adhesive composition for subsequent pasting use is produced by compounding a rubber latex composed of a modified natural rubber latex and a synthetic rubber latex with a releasable acrylic adhesive and one or more releasing agents selected from waxes, higher fatty acids, higher fatty acid amides and higher fatty acid metal salts.
