PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a vitamin C derivative and sodium copper chlorophylline have weakness in light and heat and poor stability with the lapse of time. SOLUTION: This cosmetic comprises a first agent obtained by mixing one or more kinds of vitamin C derivatives with sodium copper chlorophylline and one or more kinds selected from an amino acid, urea and a sugar alcohol and lyophilizing the mixture and a solution containing one or more kinds of a polyphenol containing three or more phenolic hydroxy groups in the molecule, an organic acid and/or its salt and a chelating agent.
