PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such as the demand of a conductive floor for the floor of a plant, a developing room, or the like of electronic parts to avoid electrification, and a demand level becoming high because of causing a failure by a trace quantity of gas volatilized from a coated flooring in a business place related to semiconductors, further the problem of causing blister after construction if drying of backing is insufficient in the conventional resin-based coated flooring. SOLUTION: This coated floor is finished by applying a urethane resin based coating material mixed with a conductive material, to the backing formed of urethane resin based resin mortar mixed with the conductive material. The coated floor of such constitution and its construction method can solve the conventional problems.
