<p>The present invention relates to a device for converting speed signals from a sensor mounted at an output shaft of a transmission, including a controller for converting vehicle speed signals mounted between a vehicle speed sensor and an electronic speedometer or tachometer. A switch is used to calibrate the subject while driving at a predetermined speed. Alternatively, various factors required for a correct conversion are stored in a memory. According to the present invention, it is possible to enhance the accuracy of measurement of vehicle speed, and to save separate costs for development of speed gear sets and simplify necessary specifications of a transmission. <IMAGE></p> |
