PURPOSE: A guide of outlet opening and closing device for air conditioner is provided to realize smooth opening and closing action of an outlet cover by keeping lubrication between a rack and a sliding bar raising and lowering the cover for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A guide of outlet opening and closing device includes a sliding bar(10); and an oil groove(11). The sliding bar is fixedly installed on a front panel(1a) to guide the ascending and descending of a rack connected to a cover installed between a front panel and a blade of an outlet grill to raise and lower the outlet grill. The oil groove is concavely formed on the sliding bar to store lubricating oil for a long time.
