<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diving method of an integrated light emitting device capable of high speed recording, and a method for driving an aligner using it, in which variation of emission quantity among respective light emitting points and variation of aging can be corrected inexpensively with high accuracy concerning to correction of the quantity of light which is the problem of a prior art integrated light emitting device, especially an integrated light emitting device using an organic EL element as a light emitting source. SOLUTION: Emission of a light emitting element is detected by a light receiving means and the emission time of the light emitting element is controlled based on the comparison results between the integrated value of the quantity of light detected by the light receiving means and image data.</p> |
