PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unloading device having high load resistance, easily assemblable/disassemblable by reducing the number of components and having excellent portability and storing property, by constituting two general purpose telescopic ladders into portal shapes by uprightly using the ladders and moving a cargo to a high altitude place by lifting the cargo between the two telescopic ladders. SOLUTION: The two telescopic ladders 1 are opposed and stood. A ledge 2 is mounted between upper ends of both the ladders 1. A wire rope 12 wound by an electric winch 3 mounted on a lower part of the one ladder 1 is laid on a hanging pulley 9 provided at the center of the ledge 2 via a plurality of guide pulleys and is suspended between the both ladders 1 to lift and move the cargo A.
