HEIGHT REGULATING DEVICE OF PAPER DETECTING HEAD IN FEEDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height regulating device of a paper surface detecting head in the feeder capable of easily and safely regulating the height of the detecting head which detects the position of the upper surface of stacked paper. SOLUTION: The detecting head provided on the upper rear part of stacked paper reciprocates between the lower point positioned on the upper rear part of the stacked paper S0 and the upper point apart upward and rearward from the lower point by a lever mechanism 10 supported movably in the vertical direction by a slide block 20. The slide block 20 is screw-engaged with a height regulating screw 23 capable of rotating at the fixed position. The slide block 20 moves vertically by the rotation of the height regulating screw 23 to regulate the height of the detecting head 1.
