PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mounting workability to an outer panel of an opened/ closed vehicle door and to improve durability without reducing water resistance by easily following the oscillation of a pivot shaft, in a wiper grommet mounted to a through-hole formed in the outer panel to prevent water intrusion into the outer panel from a gap between the through-hole and the pivot shaft. SOLUTION: In the wiper grommet 10, predetermined parts (an engaging part 13, an inside flange part 14, and an outside flange part 12) including an engaging part 13 engaging with the through-hole 3a of the outer panel 3 is provided circumferentially and partially with high-hardness parts B1 and B2 made of an elastic material with high hardness.
