PURPOSE: An adapter apparatus for a network communication is provided to reduce an installation cost of a communication line by connecting a phone set, a key phone or a computer to an RJ-45 jack provided at plural output ports. CONSTITUTION: Lead-in phone lines of plural office lines(11) are connected to plural phone lead-in ports(12). An office line distributor(13) distributes the lead-in phone lines of plural office lines to each output port. A lead-in LAN cable line(14) is connected to a LAN lead-in port(15). A hub(16) includes plural hub ports for distributing LAN lines led in through the LAN lead-in port(15) to each output port. Plural output ports(17) includes an RJ-45 jack having terminal pins to which the phone lines of plural office lines and the LAN lines are connected.
