PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a color filter wherein adhesive force between a second and the succeeding photosensitive resin layers and the surface of a substrate can be maintained and transfer defects of the photosensitive resin layer can be avoided, when color filters consisting of a plurality of colors are formed by transfer on one and the same substrate. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the color filter comprising a laminated body forming stage for obtaining a laminated body by closely sticking a photosensitive transfer material having a photosensitive resin layer on the surface of a temporary supporting body to the substrate, a peeling stage for peeling the temporary supporting body from the laminated body and an exposing and developing stage for exposing and developing the photosensitive resin layer to form a colored film on the substrate, has a surface treatment stage for subjecting the surface of the substrate to UV cleaning treatment and silane coupling agent treatment as a pre-stage of the laminated body forming stage. The manufacturing method for the color filter preferably has a surface treatment stage after an exposing and developing stage of a n-th color (n>=1) and before a laminated body forming stage of a (n+1)-th color or a (n+m)-th color (m>=2). |
