PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing structure of escape door for sheet shutter allowing a smooth and quick escape through an escape door even in the fully closed state with looseness of a shutter curtain. SOLUTION: A door seat 11 provided in the whole lower edge area of a sheet body part for forming the escape door D is connected to the support pin 9 of a fixing bracket 10 provided on a seat 8 in a loosely fitted state, and a locking part 13a integrally provided above the support pin 9 of the fixing bracket 10 is connected to the tip side 11a of the door seat 11 through a suspension tool 16.
