PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete hose ground connecting device capable of easily adjusting the height of a concrete placing hose connected to a concrete transport hose. SOLUTION: A hose holding frame C extended long and slenderly in a longitudinal direction is provided in a turnable manner to a base A. A moving base D is provided on the upper face of the hose holding frame C movably in the longitudinal direction by a winch C5. The concrete placing hose H2 is slidably inserted through the inside of a hose sliding part C2 of the hose holding frame C and bent almost at an angle of 90 deg. to hang down. One end side of the concrete placing hose H2 inserted through the hose sliding part is fixed to the moving base D, and a concrete transport pipe H1 from a concrete pump vehicle connected to one end of the concrete placing hose H2 is also fixed to the moving base D.
