PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining bag for facilitating biodegradation with a component forming device and disappearance of shape with heating and drying treatment. SOLUTION: The draining bag is formed of a meshed or non-woven fabric shaped resin composition composed of a biodegradable polymer compound having a thermal deformation temperature of 40 deg.C to 80 deg.C. The draining bag can be treated into the state of retaining no shape in the heating and drying garbage treatment machine at a treatment temperature of 60 deg.C-100 deg.C in two treatment hours or shorter.
