PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for twisting and piecing yarns by which a spun yarn having a problem, especially even a fine spun yarn and an ultrafine spun yarn can be precisely joined. SOLUTION: A twisting and piecing passage (20) has at least two additional sucking openings (33) capable of providing a negative pressure, and the sucking openings (33) are arranged at both sides of a compressed air-blowing opening (34).
