PURPOSE: A posterior waterproofness maintaining system of a concrete structure is provided to conveniently construct without high skill and to easily extent a maintaining waterproof agent by injecting the waterproof agent. CONSTITUTION: A posterior waterproofness maintaining system comprises plural distributing holes formed on a water leaking structure; a waterproof agent distributing instrument(100) forming an injection port(102) to inject the maintaining waterproof agent; a feed pipe(110) reinforcing a waterproof property while restoring a damaged waterproof layer by forming a new waterproof layer; plural waterproof agent distributing holes(111) vertically installed on the feed pipe to discharge the maintaining waterproof agent; and a cover(120) firmly attaching the waterproof layer onto the distributing unit. Moreover, the waterproof layer is formed by inserting the maintaining waterproof agent into a space between the waterproof layer and the structure.
